About the house:
There are hardwood floors in most rooms. The windows are
oriented so that the house is sunny most of the day. The

About the neighborhood:
The sector is homogeneous and family. There are many
families with children. Nearby are most of the services you
may need: supermarket, SAQ, pharmacy, Caisse Pop, banks,
restaurants, clinics, schools, etc. Not far away is the
beautiful Rochefort Park by the river with its water games
for children. Highway 40 is less than 5 minutes' drive away.
